LeWaire Waycaster is originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi, and has called Fairhope, Alabama home since 2014. She and her husband of 16 years, Wesley Waycaster - Novare Production President, are blessed with two children, Matti Hamlin and Harrison.

Along with running our wonderful company, she has also serves on the boards of several charitable organizations and is currently the President of National Charity League’s Eastern Shore chapter. Her love for people is evident by the way she chooses to spend her time, energy & efforts.
