LeWaire Waycaster is the visionary behind Novare and the driving force behind the company’s mission to redefine what homeowners should expect from a roofing contractor. With an unwavering belief that it’s never just a roof, she founded Novare with the goal of raising industry standards, building lasting relationships, and proving that a contractor can deliver exceptional craftsmanship while putting people first. Every decision she makes is rooted in the belief that a home is one of a family’s greatest investments and that trust should be earned through honesty, communication, and service.
Originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi, LeWaire has proudly called Fairhope, Alabama, home since 2014. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative leadership, LeWaire has guided Novare from a small local roofing company into one recognized for professionalism, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to quality. She believes homeowners deserve an honest advisor and has built systems that prioritize education, communication, and an exceptional client experience from the first phone call through the final inspection.
Outside of Novare, LeWaire is deeply invested in strengthening the community she calls home. She currently serves as Homeowners Association President of one of Fairhope’s most beloved neighborhoods with the same servant leadership that defines her business. She has also served on the boards of numerous charitable and civic organizations, including the Junior Auxiliary and National Charity League, where she helped foster leadership and volunteerism among mothers and daughters. Whether leading a business, serving her community, or mentoring others, LeWaire believes true success is measured by the positive impact we leave on the lives of those around us.

Wesley Waycaster is the steady hand behind Novare’s operations and the uncompromising standard that defines our craftsmanship. As President, he believes excellence isn’t something you inspect at the end of a project but something built into every step of the process. His commitment to quality, integrity, and doing things the right way has become the foundation of Novare’s reputation throughout the Gulf Coast.
Originally from Natchez, Mississippi, Wesley’s passion for construction began in high school while working in his uncle’s architectural firm. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest in building science and design. He later built a successful career in the oil and gas industry, where he developed the leadership, logistics, and operational expertise that would ultimately become invaluable in growing Novare.
Today, Wesley is a licensed contractor whose attention to detail and relentless pursuit of excellence influence every project our team completes. From developing production systems and mentoring installers to ensuring every roof is built to the highest standards, he leads with quiet confidence and a hands-on approach that clients and employees have come to trust.
Married to Novare founder LeWaire Waycaster, Wesley co-founded the company with a shared vision of creating a business that values people above profits. Together they are raising their two children, Matti Hamlin and Harrison, while building a company rooted in integrity, service, and craftsmanship.
